perfectly situated for exploring nusa dua's attractions and parks

the hotel's friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and being just 500 meters from the stunning beach allowed for peaceful evening strolls by the shore, plus, the nearby Taman Bhagawan park, just under a kilometer away, was perfect for relaxing walks surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Had a right laugh here! The staff were absolute diamonds, always smiling and made brekkie a treat with omelettes cooked fresh. Only downside was the Wi-Fi, bit of a faff to use. But overall, a cracking spot.

I enjoyed the cozy pool area, large balcony, and close proximity to the beach. My room was super comfy, making me feel at home. Plus, the staff was really attentive during my stay, always going the extra mile.

i had such high hopes for this hotel, but the room was not clean, and my sunken chair was a disaster. also, they tossed my half-finished water bottles! Don't expect any special treatment, either. a complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice. breakfast was barely edible too, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The location was fantastic, away from the hustle of busy areas. A few convenience stores and chemists were just a minute's walk away. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of items that catered to different tastes.

The service at times felt lacking and could have been more attentive.

The culinary scene nearby is a treat! Warung Kusuma has some killer local eats just 0.2 km away, and Suku at Conrad Bali is only 0.2 km for a bit of luxury. Plus, the pool area's vibe was pretty chill, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

While waiting over an hour for my room, the communication was a bit of a bummer. No apologies from the staff, just a constant 'wait a moment' without clear answers. the breakfast was quite lackluster—everything was just too bland.

It was just a top selection for a city escape in Nusa Dua with good price-value balance. The air conditioning worked well after repairs, making the room comfortable. Avoid peak breakfast hours to skip the crowd.

The WiFi is unreliable. it fizzled out halfway through my stay, which was frustrating since I needed to book flights. Rooms facing the street can be quite noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to pack some earplugs. Sunbeds around the pool are limited, leading to some competition for them during busy hours. housekeeping operates only upon request, resulting in cleanliness issues that can leave a bad smell in your room if the previous occupants weren't tidy.
